We currently ship products to all locations within the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and applicable courier charges. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours may be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Timelines

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email and/or SMS. Our courier partners may contact you prior to delivery to confirm availability.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

RYHENZ Technologies is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery. Additional delivery attempts may attract extra charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, do not accept the delivery. Notify us immediately at support@ryhenztechnologies.com for investigation and resolution.

Defective products can be returned with 7 days
