Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to Amazfit watches purchased from RYHENZ Technologies.
1. Warranty Period
All eligible products carry a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Battery or charging failure
- Power or button malfunction
- Display defects
- Sensor or internal performance faults
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Water damage beyond the manufacturer’s rated resistance
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accessories
4. Warranty Claims Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, contact support@ryhenztechnologies.com with:
- Order number
- Product serial number
- Clear images or videos showing the defect
5. Warranty Resolution
Upon verification, RYHENZ Technologies may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional cost. Claims that do not meet warranty conditions may be declined.

Defective products can be returned with 7 days
